Store Policies.

Shipping Policy:

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment has been received. Vibrant Health MD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We shipped all our supplements via USPS Priority Mail. We can't send supplements to a P.O. Box address.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Tracking number from the USPS website.

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email or phone with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.


Return and Refund Policy

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item form the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) You will received the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for retuning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.

We can exchange any item as long is not expired and is unopened. You will be responsible for the difference (if any) and shipping cost of the exchangeable item.
